I spoke with a gracious lady at the Dpt of Labor today – if you were involuntarily dismissed from your job, you may be eligible to receive your existing healthcare package at 35% of the premium. The employer has to absorb the rest. Whoo hoo! Time limits apply but check it out: www.dol.gov/cobra
